Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email, business name, type of business, team size and anything you tell us about your admin. We use it only to contact you about Helmwick and to understand what businesses need. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. It's stored in Singapore.
Customer data
For businesses using Helmwick, their customer, booking and payment data belongs to them. We process it only to run the service, under a data processing agreement signed with each business.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, email our Data Protection Officer at [dpo email]. We'll reply within 10 working days.
